For me it’s Trello all day all day. The way it visually shows me everything going on and allows me to set everything up like Kanban board makes it super simple to move tasks along.

The other one is GHL. I’ll probably start an entire thread about the amazing functionality of GHL separately.

That’d be great! GHL is one of the most in demand skills on Upwork and also offers good hourly & fixed rates for the freelancers which is usually above the average Upwork rates

My best is Asana. It helps me manage my tasks and projects. I love its interface and its collaborative feature.

Yeah Asana gets a lot of love. I’ve never really used it much. I should probably check it out at some point.

OK so I’m going to mention a few more to keep this interesting: This is a list you wont find anywhere else.

    1. Trello I mentioned already
    2. iThoughts – This is discontinued, but you can probably find a license.
    3. WorkFlow.y – For all the people with Big Ideas and want to organize. Lists on lists on lists.
    4. GoHighLevel – We get into this a lot with the Automation Academy. This is the most game changing software of all.
    5. Loom – Organize everything easily by shooting a loom
