Here’s a quick formula to price hourly:
1. Decide your monthly target income (eg: $10,000)
2. Divide by your available billable hours (eg: 160 hours)
3. Add 25% for expenses and taxes.
Example: $10,000 Ć· 160 = $62.50/hour. Add 25%, and your rate is $78/hour.
For fixed-price projects, estimate your time and multiply by your rate.
