    it’s not Upwork’s fault. It’s either:

    1. Your profile isn’t aligned with what clients want.

    2. Your proposals aren’t personalized and persuasive.

    3. You’re targeting the wrong gigs.
I know it’s painful to hear, but freelancing is 20% skill and 80% positioning. If your message doesn’t land, your talent doesn’t matter.

      Audit. Test. Adjust.

You’re not stuck you’re just guessing wrong.

I really do not hpw to do a silver bullet proposal. I own a Top rated plus profile, but every time I need to start a new contract spend like 2- 3 month to get an offer. Wasting hundreds of connects.

What’s up! With all of the AI stuff out there. It may be a delineating factor. I would consider it. There’s a lot you can do in the Looms that you can’t in a short proposal.

Oh, I see, maybe to enhance the pitch? Show the Hiring manager that I am a real person? I also want to ask you, you always recommend dont use “Dear Hiring Manager”, but what else can I use if my target is Law firms?
            Thx
