Applied to 12 jobs with a generic proposal.
Got 0 replies.
Then applied to 8 jobs with a 2-sentence custom intro + a mini plan of action.
Got 3 interviews.
Science? No. Common sense? Maybe.
Lesson: Nobody cares how long you’ve been doing it. They care if you can fix their thing.
