    If a client requests extra work here what you can do:

    1. Politely acknowledge the request.

    2. Explain that it’s outside the original scope.

    3. Offer a solution: “I’d be happy to add this for an additional [amount] or adjust the timeline to accommodate it.”

    Always stay professional and clear as your time is valuable.
