  How do you turn one time clients into repeat business?

  1. Deliver excellent work on time, EVERY TIME!

  2. Suggest additional ways you can help their business. (This way you get upsell and client doesn’t have to go out finding someone else. This is contingent to how good you are with other job, if you are not qualified don’t upsell as you might screw up the main project and even the relationship)

  3. Stay in touch like even simple “Checking in how are things going or Happy new year” can keep you on top of mind.

  Repeat clients are gold in freelancing.
