It’s been a loooooong time since I have posted anything in this community and there’s a lot of things changed and lots of catching up with the fellow peeps. So here’s the thing I wanted to ask you guys like do you also feel keeping up with these new tools feels like a full-time job itself? I just learned about yet another AI tool today an AI content repurposing tool and my brain went into meltdown mode.

How do you guys stay updated without getting totally exhausted? Do you focus on just a few good tools or are you all out there exploring everything?

Haha, honestly Simran, I gave up months ago 😅 Picked two tools ChatGPT & Canva AI and decided I’m not adding anything else unless it makes me coffee too.

@sagardesai , coffee making AI incoming soon mark my words! 😂But seriously, I love exploring new tools. It’s exciting to me, even if 90% don’t stick. My advice: quick trials and move on fast. Also a golden tip for everyone : use temp mail for registrations so that you avoid getting bombarded with mails in future

I totally get you! I spend one hour every Friday exploring new tools. If something looks promising I bookmark it otherwise it’s a hard pass. Keeps things manageable.

I’ve learned the hard way that chasing every new shiny AI is exhausting. My policy is to wait two weeks after the hype and if people still rave about it then i’ll give it a shot. Saves me time and sanity tbh.

AI overwhelm? Nah, I just wait for @david-j1980 here to try them all and tell me which ones are actually worth it. Thanks for being my unofficial AI scout👍

Oh gosh, glad it’s just not me! I’m brand new and totally lost in the AI jungle. Thanks @maryjean your routine seems doable. Going to try that approach!

Nice post. I think we HAVE to pay attention if we want to keep surfing the wave. That said, there’s a lot of noise. There will be a solid tool for nuanced techniques you’re trying to excel at. Master those. If you’re a designer, learn how to navigate the best image creation and spend your time there. If it’s copywriting, leverage that. Combining these will be its own skillset.

Remember, EVERYTHING you learn will be valuable to a normie client that just wants to get some of the output you’re able to derive or the integrations you can construct for them.

Clients are way more pressed with the news and they have no idea what they need or want. Take advantage of your ability to stay adept. Things are going to RAPIDLY change at an even crazier clip, but clients will still need experts and people that can harness these tools.
