What is the minimum experience you think would someone in this niche need before venturing into full time freelance?

Hi, Adam. It’s an interesting question. When looking at client offers on freelance platforms, a freelancer should at least be able to convert 2D drawings into CAD software (digitization). Many offers look like “convert old plans from scan (PDF), etc. to AutoCAD 2D.” or “digitize a 2D drawing detail using AutoCAD”. So, AutoCad 2D with basic+ experience, you have already drawn a few floor plans or parts, well you are ready.

!!! But !!! the most important skill in freelance work is communication. Your profile on the site, your proposals to the client, and your communication with the client should be professional. Without it, you are invisible to the customers. Luckily, you can find out how to do the right communication on this site. Find out, try, earn. Good luck!
