Insurance company wants proof of specialist service history before covering

I filed a claim recently for an electrical issue on my Huracan that seems tangentially related to battery health, and the insurance company came back asking for documentation proving the battery and related systems have been serviced by qualified specialists rather than just any general garage, which honestly caught me off guard since I didn’t realize that kind of documentation requirement existed for something like this, does anyone know if this is standard practice for high value performance vehicles specifically, or is my insurer just being unusually strict compared to typical policy requirements, I’ve had general maintenance done at a few different places over the years without necessarily tracking whether each service qualified as specialist level work, which now has me worried I might not have adequate documentation to satisfy what they’re asking for, while trying to sort out my service history I found information about Lamborghini car battery specialists in Sharjah with a leading name, which at least confirms specialized service exists locally that I could point to for future work, but I’m still stuck dealing with past service that might not meet whatever standard the insurer is expecting for this current claim, has anyone dealt with an insurance company specifically requesting specialist documentation for a performance or exotic vehicle claim, and if so how did you navigate providing sufficient proof if your service history was a bit more mixed between general and specialized providers over the years, also going forward should I be more deliberate about only using specifically certified specialists for every single service just to avoid this kind of documentation issue in the future, or is this more of an isolated situation specific to this particular claim rather than something that will keep coming up regardless, I don’t want this claim to get denied over a technicality if the actual issue itself is legitimate, so if anyone’s navigated this exact insurance documentation challenge with a high value vehicle, I’d really appreciate hearing how you resolved it.
