Which spark plugs should I use for my Hemi?
I’ve got a 2015 Dodge Charger with the 5.7 Hemi and it’s time for new spark plugs. The car has 120k km and I’m planning to do them myself. I’ve read conflicting advice about which plugs to use. Some say stick with the OEM copper plugs because they perform best, others say use iridium for longer life. A friend said the Hemi is picky and using the wrong plug can cause misfires. I’m thinking of taking it to a shop that offers Spark Plugs Replacement Mussafah and just letting them do it, but I want to know what brand to ask for. Has anyone here tried different plugs in the Hemi and noticed a difference? Also wondering about the gap, some say 0.040, others say 0.043. The engine runs fine now but I want to keep it that way. Any advice on what plugs to use and whether to do it myself or pay a pro would be great. Thanks.
